Wendy, It looks like we have made each others day! I am glad this photograph brought back memories of your mother. As a self taught photographer my goal is to have people enjoy my work and if it helps remembering something from one's past, then I know it was a sucess. I have the same feeling when I photograph Peace Roses. They were my parents favorite flower and it is as if they are speaking to me everytime I photograph one.
